Shopfloor Integration
Without intervention or downtime
Connectware fits seamlessly into your existing technology and data infrastructure. It ties in with excisting investments and digital projects that have already been implemented. Since Connectware does not directly access the PLC of your machines and systems, there is no downtime in production or troublesome reprogramming.
In your secure factory network
High data load in near real-time
The software runs on the factory’s own network. This allows you to work with your production data in near real time, even with particularly high data loads.
Secure Gateway between shop floor and IT
By building a technology-neutral layer, Connectware decouples data collection from data usage. External requests no longer access your PLC and shop floor directly, but are addressed via the highly secure neutral data layer. The integrated access rights management gives you full control over your data: You decide who is allowed to use which data in which application or system.

How long does it take to connect your first machine with Cybus Connectware?
Every IT and system landscape is different and requires some preliminary work: Retrofitting, approvals and security audits are necessary and new processes have to be established. With Cybus, you lay this foundation in just a few weeks. In all subsequent digital projects, the increasing speed and scalability decreases the length of the project cycles continuously.
Concrete steps to a connected production
ONBOARDING
In 5 – 10 working days
If the hardware and software requirements are met by the customer, Connectware is installed within one day. In addition to retrofitting, approval may have to be obtained and new processes need to be established during this time. In these cases, we offer to support our customers with clear requirements for the internal IT department.
EXPLORATION & USE CASE
In 1 – 5 weeks
Depending on the complexity of your first use case, piloting takes between one and five weeks.
SCALE UP
In 2 – 4 weeks
Once the data infrastructure and connectivity of your production is in place, the time to realize further use cases accelerates enormously. Depending on your capacities and resources, scaling and a comprehensive rollout can be realized within a few weeks.
