About Cybus
Since 2015 Cybus’ Team has been steadily growing to over 40 people with the unifying mission to push innovation in the manufacturing industry by applying the proven principles of internet technologies. We are IoT experts, experienced programmers and engineers and overall experts in diverse domains, which enables us to empower factories to gain long-term independence from manufacturers and vendors.
What we do
Facing the reality of high quantity production and of climate change, we face the challenge of using less resources and energy and producing less waste in the manufacturing industry. The opportunity to apply those principles is more achievable with the Cybus Connectware. It enables efficient and smart production processes in factories by connecting all the machines on a factory’s shop floor, consolidating the diverse data sets and providing the data for eg. visualizing or analyzing purposes. This way Operational Technology (OT) and IT of a shop floor are connected and empower factories to function smarter and resource consciously.
About the role as Working Student – People Operations (gn)
Position and Tasks
As a Working Student – People Operations (gn) you will be part of the Cybus HR team and gain exciting insights into the day-to-day business of HR with a focus on the People Operations area. You support the team in the processing of the respective HR topics and also contribute to the improvement of processes and innovative projects.
Deine Aufgaben:
- You support us in the daily personnel support and process employee inquiries
- You will assist with key HR processes and tasks along the Employee Lifecycle as well as preparatory payroll
- In our digital personnel management system (Personio), you maintain employee data, ensure its completeness and correctness, and support with evaluations and reports
- You take on the topic of data protection and form the interface to our ext. data protection officer
- Depending on capacities and areas of interest, you will have the opportunity to participate in recruitment and cultural initiatives
Your Profile
Qualifications and Skills
- You are enrolled at a college or university in the Bachelor’s degree in the higher semester or in the Master’s degree
- An independent and structured way of working as well as high reliability, accuracy and discretion characterize you
- Fluent German and good English skills round off your openness and communication skills
