Since 2015 Cybus’ Team has been steadily growing to over 50 people with the unifying mission to push innovation in the manufacturing industry. We are IoT experts, experienced programmers, marketing enthusiasts and overall experts in diverse domains, which enables us to empower factories to gain long-term independence from manufacturers and vendors.
What we do
In a nutshell: Cybus’ Industrial IoT software product Connectware is an on-premise solution that provides a communication layer enabling our customers in the manufacturing industry to connect their machines and make smart factories a reality.
For what? More efficiency, less energy and fewer emissions. (And also more digitalization and less paper)
About the role as
Product Manager (gn)
Position and tasks
As our Product Manager (gn) you will support our user experience squad by understanding customer needs, collaborating on feature prioritization, translating discoveries into user stories, managing the product backlog, researching market needs, ensuring timely releases, and working closely with the first product manager for guidance and alignment.
- Active contribution to product discovery efforts
- Translating product discovery results to user stories for development
- Knowing the market and customers’ needs
- Translating company’s strategic plan into execution steps
Your profile
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of three years of experience as a product manager in software development or similar role
- Leading by influence
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English (both at least C1 level)
- Marketing skill set includes at least foundational knowledge of growth marketing, performance marketing and demand generation, to set-up campaigns and landing pages autonomously
- Experience in user interface conception and user experience (in collaboration with product design)
Bonus points for
- Worked in the field of industrial IoT
- Background in Design or Technical background (not business)
